I have been occupied. Now that I know you have a part number I can look see.
You try our friend Tony Manriquez at www.hwy83suzukisalvage.com
That’s your best bet.

Any chance you have the carbureted version of the install manual hiding in your ac stash-o-parts?

Having a hell of a time with California smog and an a/c installed samurai...

Sorry to bump this old thread

Thanks for the fast reply

I am looking for the ac supplement since the smog nazi needs “proof” it was a “Suzuki installed option”

He is telling me since the idle up solenoid, idle up diaphragm, extra manifold nipple and vacuum lines are not laid out on the vacuum diagram under the hood, I can’t pass smog with the ac setup installed

The manual is part number 99963-01501-017 and looks like this —

https://www.faxonautoliterature.com/1986-1987-Suzuki-Samurai-AC-Installation-Instructions-Original-P25626.aspx

The website suzukiinfo used to have this as a download pdf, but the site appears down...

I don’t need parts, I need documentation to “prove” the ac system was a Suzuki option

I’m down a rabbit hole and don’t really want to remove my ac (works fine), but may have to resort to it if I can’t find this holy grail of a manual
