Many customers have told us that they have been burning out the rich lean solenoids. Thanks to Scott Senko for working with us on this as well as the 5 kit testers. This is going to work for you. It makes the champer pressures vary more allowing more fuel back to the tank and reducing the overall pressure. The result is that the plate raises higher than ever before on your engine allowing top end performance.

We use an injector because it releases fuel under pressure but shuts down automatically when the pump is shut off so that the system retains the needed rest pressure for quick start ups. The adjusting valve allows you to go from extreme lean to extreme rich giving you much more control of the fuel delivery.  Posts your comments up on this thread when you make this $14 mod.

The valve we are using is from Lowes, cost is under $5 and Watts part number is A-41 SKU 48643 07049 You will need a few inches of 1/2 fuel line and 3/8 fuel line and clamps. The hardest part to get will be the two sided threaded adapter. To see the part you need to can take it off of the top of your fuel distributor. It is located at the horizontal fitting that goes to the warm up regulator line.

You plan on offering this as an add on?  I cant seem to find any of the parts needed.  You should have seen the look on the ladies face at lowes! lol  Thanks as always!

The by-pass is now part of the VW/AUDI donor parts kits. I can set you up for one for about $25. FYI these are for the people who cannot figure out how to tune in. The last one I sent out, the guy sent it back because he finally got the concept, adjusted the airplate level and got the same good results.

I took the rich lean solenoid off mine because I don't have a oxy sensor on my 80 Toy.  Using the nickle to adjust the air plate will do the same as adding the valve in place of the solenoid?  That I did.
