The stock red ones in the swift are 210cc. They actually flow more then the stock 1.6

Good to know.  I have 8 of those sitting around.

My g13bb on MS3 has a bum cylinder.    It goes better than you would think for a untuned engine running a sub-100 psi cylinder.  I need to overhaul it, or put something new together.  toying with a few ideas.

1)My first choice would be G13 DOHC lower on 13bb head.   This would require no modification to my Megasquirt setup, and if I would probably last longer if I ever wanted to turbo.  But I canít seem to find one, I bet they $$$$$ if I do.

2)Find another g13bb.  bore it 0.5mm over.  Maybe try it with the samurai crank for extra compression and displacement?   Looks like all the rebuild parts are on rockauto.   Maybe get a more aggressive cam if I can find one?

3)The G16 from Suzuki cars seem plentiful and cheap, but there seems to be less rebuild parts available.

I built a g13bb with the DOHC flat top Pistons. Ran like a striped ape. Basic get it running tune out of the box with a micro squirt.

After turning on a chassis Dyno the motor pulled 64 at the wheels. I changed the cam with a custom grind and pulled 74 at the wheels

I have a basic tune using ms3x on the g13bb installed.  There's not much point of taking it to a dyno until i rebuild, or get another engine.

If anyone in the future is researching MS and Suzuki G engines, you can run full sequential and COP with the Subaru 36-2-2-2vvt wheel decoder.    But you have to swap wiring for cylinders 1&4 2&3.   The Subarus have the same wheels, but fire 360 out from suzuki.

In Tuner Studio, I was able to invert the firing order, and I still run Batch fire. Again though I went for the simple MicroSquirt. It's basically an MS2

I can't find a setting to invert the firing order.   I posted on the MSextra forum to ask, one of the admins responded saying i had to swap the wiring.  It would be nice if they would officially support Suzuki, but oh well.

Called around to a few salvages yards today looking for a DOHC 1.3.  No luck.

Also tried to compare understand aftermarket cams, then realized i can't find one off the shelf anyway.

You may want to look into  Redline Cams and Cranks in Albany. They  did the cam grind in my rebuild of a 1.3

I will thanks.  It's looking like December before i will get time to actually do anything to a motor.  Work is getting busy.
