What are the bolt sizes and pitch on Suzuki
« on: December 30, 2014, 10:48:51 PM »

Describe in detail what year, vehicle, location of bolt or other hardware.

In no particular order (when this becomes a mess someone make it righteous)

Samurai rim pattern 5 x 5.5"
Samurai lug nut and studs 12 mm x 1.25p
The three major threads on our Zuks and what wrench fits
6mm x 1p 10mm wrench
8mm x 1.25p 12mm wrench (aftermarket bolts are almost always 13mm wrench)
10mm x 1.25p 14mm wrench (or 9/16" wrench)

Thread Pitches on water temp sensor that sends signal to C-H gauge.
10 mm x .9 pitch

Oil pressure switch on driver side info
Hey Myron, Jim Baker from Prescott here, After some research, found the info on correct brass tapered fitting for the oil pressure gauge factory theaded hole. Same for most Suzuki engine heads and blocks.  you could stock some  and add to your web site.  Its  1/8 x 28 bstt thread. British standard thread  tapered.
I installed one and its perfect.

Both shifter knobs on a Samurai are 12X1.25p

You can use your shift knob for a missing lug nut. lol

From the first post, 8mm x 1.25p, 12mm wrench (aftermarket bolts are almost always 13mm wrench) going by memory. Like MY said, there's only about three sizes used on the Sami. The seat brackets should be the ones I listed, the seat belt bolt, thats a way different size.

The front seat hinges are 8 mm x 1.25 pitch by 20 mm the latch bracket are 10 mm x 1.25 pitch by 20 mm.

The seat bolts are by federal standards a G8 ASE thread
