Just want to start saying thanks to MY with all my calls and questions. Well I finally got my snorkel working great with the MY-SIDE. It turned out to be kind of interesting. I first started with making a really nice adapter off the carb with the 90 degree piece that was sent with the kit and cutting to a 45.

But I found out that running the flexible 1 1/2 inch pvc flexible hose didn't work out very well. I would run out of steam out Wide Open Throttle. it took a few runs changing jets and numerous other things trying to make up for this. MY asked does the slide move up when throttling up. Well it did till I put the snorkel back on. So needless to say I had to rethink it. When trying to think of a larger diameter hose that would work cheap my buddy had a section a shop vac hose that we would try. We tried it shoved on to the carb and it ran great! So lets start all over again with the snorkel. lol

I threw the shop vac hose with the filter rigged on there and took for a drive again.

It worked great I even made it so I can run the filter under the hood when I drive it on the street so I don't hear the (motor sucking wind)lol. It ran  great and works flawlessly. I ran my vent tube from the carb to the inside of the truck to the top of the windshield(not in pics) and the snorkel tube to behind the pass. side speaker on the roll bar. I also had to completely redo the inlet side on the carb with a rubber gasket, the stock 90 deg rubber from the original intake setup and a piece of pvc with a threaded portion for the pcv valve off the motor.

My theory is if I can't breath it is time to jump ship. But all in all a great setup and the MY-SIDE is a wonderful product.

Thanks again MY for all the help and advice.
