I've got everything hooked up and I'm to the point where you bleed the injector lines.  When I lift the airplate bolt, nothing happens.  I have gas pressure up to the plate.  The plunger isn't stuck and lines are not clogged.  Any ideas?

TIA!

Yep, crack open the main in Banjo fitting. You got air in the main line. DO NOT remove just let it spray a little fuel* (and air) when the fuel pump is running. When all the injectors won't spray it is because air at the fuel distributor cannot escape by cracking the main line under pressure it will back out. Next, after tightening the main banjo with the E-pump running crack each injector banjo fitting at the top of the fuel distributor. You will hear a hiss of air escape.  Lift up on the airplate again with the E-pump running, make sure the injectors are in a bucket/container and the last bit of air will come out with dribbles of fuel. Lift the airplate repeatedly until the cone spray appears at each injector. It is best to do open/close movements with the airplate when testing the injectors instead of just holding the airplate up during this procedure. Finally if that doesn't do it, you will need to crack open each injector at the end of the line while under pressure. Still no gas? I would suspect the pressure is not in the 70lb range. The pressure is not made at the pump it is made in the fuel distributor through restrictions. You got my cell (714) 488 2272 call me anytime you have questions. If this doesn't bring fuel to the injectors, check again for a stuck pin in the fuel distributor. I have had some stick after the first bit of gas hits it because of crud in the lines gets dislodged from the high pressure. Remove the fuel distributor three screws (you may have to remove an injector line or two). Turn the fuel distributor on it's side and push/pull on the pin. The "cracking procedure" has worked every time.

*Be cautious with that spraying fuel, you can put a rag over the fuel distributor. I always have a fire ext. handy when I bleed the system.
