Hey MY! Will the snatch or slutty snatch work with a kicker III or similar married trans and transer case?

Don't take it wrong as I do not have the links but go do a search on ZK.  From what I have read I do not think it will but please do the search and also call Myron to make sure.

MY,

Looked for the link to post my comments on the Snatch I ordered before Zuwharrie.  I guess I'll comment here.

I appreciate you getting it to me in time to install it and test it before I trailered the Sami 8 hours to NC.  I was a little apprehensive about having a lot of pink tubing on the Sami, but it does look good under there, a great conversation piece.  The non Sami guys look at it and start givng me !@#$, got to love it.

As far as the performance of the Snatch.........I love it, there are a couple of the local Sami crowd running your competetors mounts with all the bells and whistles and I beleive yours keeps the case from moving better than there product.  The night I installed it, I pulled out into the street and tacked it up to about 3K in low range and dumped the clutch.  With the factory mounts I would have shoved my TC around and broke something, experienced this, with the snatch the shifter never budged, last time I did this was in a mud hole and tweeked both factory mounts and couldn't move the shifter.  Since, I have done some pretty good launches with it and have not noticed TC movement enough to say it is.  I have rode in your competetors equipped vehicles and don't think there's will hold up to launching that hard.  Something of a side benifit that I wasn't expecting is the protection it offers surrounding the TC and acts as a skid......not that I would ever use it for that, it could knock the pretty pink off it.  In all I am truely satisfied with the SNATCH, probably the best mod I have made so far.  Now if you could make a indestructable drive shaft I would be happy, as I thought my drive shaft problems were because of TC movement, as it turns out it could be me side stepping the clutch with it turning max RPS's, just a guess becasue the TC dont' move anymore.  I'll have to build better shafts or stay away from teh skinny pedal to truely solve my problem.  The only problem I had with it was installing it, it was such a precise fit, that I didn't have enough hands to get the TC into it, but kept at it and with a friends help we got it installed.

Thanks for the outstanding products you design and produce, keep up the good work.

Awesome product.  I finally installed Snatch #147, which I won in a fundraiser for 'Hatter, this weekend.  To be honest, it was a real pain in the ass to install; seeing as I was alone.  A second set of hands would have been a big help.  The fit is tight and very precise.  Exactly what is needed with a low geared transfercase.  The Snatch completely surrounds and protects the transfercase; just as it's name imply's.  There is just NO WAY the transfercase can possibly move from torque or large rocks.

Now if you could make a indestructable drive shaft I would be happy.

Go to ZOR's web site and take a look at the Chubby. MY does build a good drive shaft now.

Dylan ran the snatch through the test again today.  He TRIED to break it I think and the only thing he broke was the R&P on his rear yota axle Shocked

Another great ZOR product!!

It was kind of a pain in the butt to install, but once in, it is there to stay.

Come on Jr. Tell the whole story. You know about how much beer you drank while installing it and how easy it was to do it your way, lol. As the name inplys I intentionally made it as close to the real snatch in character and appeal. So I know she was a PITA.

Go here and see the difference yourself. It's the rear crossmember member, It is redesigned for clearance for a TC monted E-brake and I think the rear driveline disconnect will work as well. Other than that it is the same.

I must have gotten the snatch from hell. I had to hog out ever single damned bolt hole as well as bend half of the mounting tabs to get the TC just to line up as well as grind half of the thinkness of the rear mount out on the bottom bolt hole. What I ever do to you Jackson?
