Its important to stick with these specifications. If the return line flows to much a restriction must be applied to flow more fuel up to the regulator. You can use a valve or a clamp on the hose to introduce restriction.

E-pumps MUST never be installed in engine compartment. All fuel pumps push not draw. Install the e-pump back by tank. Filter thefuel before it goes into the pump with a factory style Samurai filter. There are two recommended pumps 1-4 and 4-7 psi. I prefer the 1-4 over the 4-7. Both work when plumbed correctly.
