When is it a good idea to restrict a return line on MY-TURBO?

In a small percentage of installs the inspection filter between the Boost Controlled Pressure Regulator (bcpr) and the carb doesnt have enough fuel flowing. If adjusting the bcpr doesn't fix the issue install a valve in the 3/8" line coming out of the bottom of the bcpr. Start at full open and close as needed to trickle more fuel into the insection filter.
