This Heavy Duty Rear Bumper was designed to use Dual LED lights that
you can buy at most trucking/auto supply stores. Includes all HD mounting hardware and a Class3 receiver. Does not include the reverse lights shown. As always with ZOR products it will be an EZ install, some minor cutting of the stock license plate holder may be needed
You can install the rubber OEM bumper ends on this ZOR bumper. Some state's require illuminated plates, you have to relocate and illuminate your license plate for those states.

1/4" frame plates and interior support cross member. Shell is 3/16th" cold rolled steel plate
Laser cut then folded on a 100 ton press.
Heavily welded in corners and seams for strength and durability.

Spare tire carrier with new 3 point Hi-lift (farm jack) mount and gas can tray bracket as standard. Specifically designed for any ZOR rear bumper. The support plate mounts to the Samurai lower frame and is welded on the top of the ZOR bumper. This new design will fit Tin Tops, Fiberglass tops and Soft top Samurais in all years (86-95) . Rock Solid and TRAIL PROVEN. Also great for DIYs who make their own bumper.
MATERIAL:
2.5" x 2.5" Square tubing Threaded "T-handle" release. Utilizes two oversized tapered bearings. A 7/8th" grade 8 pivot bolt for ultra smooth pivoting with no sag.

Spare tire holder is set up for yota (6 bolt) OR zuki (5 bolt) rims using three correct Metric studs to match your specific application. Huge tires no problem!
New welded on 3 point mounting system for (hi-lift) & farm type jacks that uses rubber isolaters, with all hardware included. Optional:
One piece bearing pivot bracket to hold your Camel tow, only $29.95 When you purchase the Camel tow later we will deduct the $29.95 from the price.
INSTALLATION:
We prefer to sell the Camel Tow with a ZOR bumper at time of purchase. As an option we can weld on the Bearing pivot bracket on new bumper orders and you can add the Camel Tow later. Tire Carrier installation will reguire a small amount of welding if not purchased with bumper.
