Another great product from ZOR! Gives your t-case a warm, fuzzy and secure feeling by grabbing the t-case in 17 bolt locations. Eliminates old school t-case mounts. The main cradle has 4 poly horizontal mounts.
Price includes the "RIB" and the "HIP" brackets that mount directly to the OEM mounting locations. This is a "bolt in" answer to all your t-case issues. Now in continous production. Powdercoated all black cradle with black brackets or pink cradle with black brackets. Super easy to install and remove once the t-case is secured in the cradle. Places the t-case in the correct position.

ZOR "SLUTTY SNATCH"

This cradle is the "SLUT"! Another great product from ZOR! Gives your t-case a warm, fuzzy and secure feeling by grabbing the t-case in 14 bolt locations. Eliminates old school t-case mounts. The main cradle has 4 poly horizontal mounts. This is the cradle you want if you have or plan on any bolt on accessories to the rear output shaft. Allows the room to fit the SJ-410 drum emergency brake, the aftermarket disc emergency brake or the aftermarket rear driveshaft disconnect.

ZOR "REMANUFATURED T-CASES"

These Samurai t-cases have been completely gone through with new gaskets and seals. Bad bearings are replaced with good used bearings. Worn shift collars or forks replaced with used parts that are within tolerances. Includes a T-BRA brass shifter sheet. Shipped without flanges and no oil! A $250 Core Deposit is reguired and is fully refundable upon our recieving your rebuildable T-case. Broken housings or unusable mainshafts will not get a full refund on the core deposit. Shipping to and from the ZOR shop is covered by you. One year warranty on our rebuilds. Warranty covers ALL parts except the two case halfs. For additional pricing you can add these options: Front HD out put shaft, 6:5 gear sets, Snatch or Slutty Snatch, Full major bearing rebuild kit. Contact us directly for pricing. No additional labor will be charged for these options when you purchase a remanufactured t-case.

SHIPPING:
Please ship with no mounting brackets and no oil. We will ship back to you in a wood crate that you put your t-case in for return and to recieve your core deposit back.

ZOR "PANTY LINER"

If you have a wallowed out hole or torn driver side t-case OEM mount, this is the answer. This is a weld in bracket made of 3/16th" steel that reinforces the weak OEM t-case mounting point (aka "the short arm mount"). Sold in raw steel only. All external seams are welded and sanded.

MOUNTING:
Fit it in place and weld to the frame and edges of the old bracket.

COST:

Shipped in a raw steel condition ONLY. Clean off with mineral spirits and paint using Rustoleum brand "Hammertone" paint for a durable finish.

ZOR "THONG"

This is the "THONG"! Another great product from ZOR, gives your trans a nice solid shift again. This trans shifter sheet has a 25 year warranty, made of solid brass. Gives your shifter a continous solid shift and feel. The last sheet you will ever drop in your 5 speed Suzuki Samurai trans. Illustrated instructions. Comes with a new specially designed 3 point 15lb wavy washer.

The T-BRA has a 25 year warranty. Made from solid brass rod. Durable and long lasting, this is the last Transfer Case shifter sheet you'll ever have to buy! Fits all year Samurai 1986 to 1995 models. Illustrated instructions

TRAIL-CREEPER 6.5:1 CRAWLER GEARS

Low range gears are critical for technical off-road driving. Our Samurai low range gear kit is the highest quality gear set available. Low Range reduction is 6.5 to 1. High Range reduction is 20% (1.7 to 1). No welded or second rate, gears here. These are are strong, run quiet and take a huge amount of abuse. This complete kit includes four new precision cut gears, counter shaft, needle bearings, shims, o-ring, gaskets, and input/output seals. Heavy duty front output shaft recommended. Minor grinding of case is necessary for installation. Fits 1986-1995 Suzuki Samurai's.

If your planning to run with stock axle gears, the high-range gearing of this kit is ideal for street use with 33"-35" tires. Myron recommends this kit on all tires 29" and up! Includes your choice of a brass shifter sheet or brass 5 speed trans sheet.
