Title: Hello from Scotland
Post by: Martin on Jan 18, 2024, 09:49 AM
Hello thought I'd make an account after Myrons latest video on YouTube, been offroading since 2014 all in suzuki's.

Started with a tin top vitara (sidekick) ran it for a couple of months until a friend drove into the front of me on a night sneaking about a forestry track.

After that I picked up my first samurai which I rebuilt many different times, by the end it had 1.6spi engine swapped in, full roll cage, 33s, welded rear differential and a rockwatt transfer box. Only sold it this year when I picked up a lwb sj413.

I kept the 33s, leafs and transferbox for the new build. Still needs more welding to get it back out on the road but it's not to far away.

Nice to see others from around the world here.  I have always liked that Icelandic big assed floatation tire look.

Cheers! Like to keep them low and steady, got a set of all terrains to go on it for daily use to save chewing the muds up. Just need get the tyres swapped over.
