Stripped down and some repairs being done.  Found the rockers to be a little rusty behind the molding bracket, so I cut it all out and welded in some rock sliders. 

Maybe tie into the frame and a exo-cage later...

Stock carb rebuilding ugggg!  Correct that there are no true carb rebuilders for the stock Hitachi carb anymore.
Zuki4x4 of the BBS Zuwharrie forum did a wonderful write up for rebuilding the carb.
He and I have dissected the workings of the carb and emissions over the years and have so far succeeded in passing the most stringent Calif Smog testing here in the Sacramento Area.

You need help,nobody better or more honest than Myron Thorson of ZUKS Off Road and he builds and sells the best aftermarket parts available but the service is above and beyond before and after as well.
